There's a lot of confusion about whether exercises for a frozen shoulder are a good thing or a bad thing. Many people say that it simply made their pain worse - others find them very, very helpful.
The key to success seems to be in the timing.
If you do the exercises or stretches too early in the process then you'll only end up making things worse - not better.
